Three words: Generous, genuine and gentlemen. Generous: ample hospitality , sincerity, patience, help and warmth in abundance from the sales team. Genuine: I came away feeling that Mr Banks would not ‘flog’ a machine that is not road worthy or worth its price tag. Gentlemen: As a lone woman on a mission (to purchase her dreamed car) I was treated with respect, not lead up the garden path and was given plenty of opportunities to question the history of my purchase. Equally I was given adequate time and space to inspect the vehicle thoroughly against my list. Its worth mentioning that Elis was super on the phone and in person. Going by my experience I highly recommend Howard Banks Ltd in your quest for next car purchase.

Superb service from start to finish – I was recommended this company from a friend that purchased a car from them just recently. I have never in my life dealt with a dealership that had some much energy, passion and confidence in what they do. The finance compant were a bit of a pain, but these guys kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that i was kept in the loop at all points. incredibly impressed by Ellis in particular, his customer service was beyond what i expected
