Three words: Generous, genuine and gentlemen. Generous: ample hospitality , sincerity, patience, help and warmth in abundance from the sales team. Genuine: I came away feeling that Mr Banks would not ‘flog’ a machine that is not road worthy or worth its price tag. Gentlemen: As a lone woman on a mission (to purchase her dreamed car) I was treated with respect, not lead up the garden path and was given plenty of opportunities to question the history of my purchase. Equally I was given adequate time and space to inspect the vehicle thoroughly against my list. Its worth mentioning that Elis was super on the phone and in person.
